HERE ARE ALL THE DETAILS WHEN BOOKING YOUR SESSION…
To secure your session date and time, a 50% retainer via Venmo or Zelle is necessary.
-
In case of inclement weather, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, you have the option to reschedule your session using your retainer as credit, or request a refund. However, if you cancel or fail to attend the session, the deposit is non-refundable. You can only reschedule once (with examples above), otherwise we start the booking process over again. The retainer secures your chosen date + time. Last-minute cancellations may result in missed opportunities for other bookings during that period.
-
In the event of cancellation or a no-show on the day of your photoshoot, the full payment remains due and non-refundable. This policy is in place to account for the potential booking of another client during that reserved time slot.

Magical Sessions
Weather at the Parks can be unpredictable but don’t worry, a little rain doesn’t have to ruin the fun. Here’s how I handle it:
A Little Drizzle? We Roll With It.
A photoshoot in the rain can be so dreamy… fewer crowds, shiny streets, and cozy vibes. If it’s just a light sprinkle, we’ll still shoot as planned (and honestly, some of my favorite photos happen when it rains!).If It’s Pouring or Stormy…
Safety and comfort come first. If it’s heavy rain or just not ideal for photos, we’ll simply reschedule to a new date that works best for you! no extra cost or stress!Day-Of Plan
I’ll be watching the forecast closely and reach out the day before or morning of your session to decide together if we’re moving forward or rescheduling. If You Prefer to Cancel
Retainers are non-refundable, but they can absolutely be used as credit toward a future Magical session within 6 months. The new session doesn’t have to happen within that timeframe, but it does need to be scheduled within 6 months of your original date. The reason retainers are non-refundable is because I travel from San Diego to Anaheim for these shoots, and I hold an official Park reservation for each client. Once that reservation is made, I’m required to show up to avoid a no-show penalty on my Annual Pass so even if we can’t shoot that day, I’m still making the trip. That’s why retainers can’t be refunded but can always be applied toward a future date.
-
The retainer secures your chosen date and time. If you cancel last minute, I might have scheduled another client during that time. Your chosen time slot is not confirmed until the retainer is paid, leaving it available for others. The remaining payment is due on the morning of your session through Venmo or Zelle.
Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the retainer payment.
You can book your session in advance and secure your spot with a retainer. Please note, if a session date is not scheduled at the time of booking, the retainer is only valid for 6 months from the date of payment. After 6 months, the retainer will expire, and a new one will be required to reserve a future session.
Please note: A $25 travel fee applies to sessions outside the 91913 and 91914 area codes.
